UX Lead

A full-time role at Ultradata, a fintech company building white label banking software for credit unions and mutual banks across Australia and New Zealand.
As UX Lead, I owned the UX and design strategy across their in-house banking app and desktop banking website. I managed and mentored a team of three designers distributed across Australia and Malaysia, implemented a new Jira-based workflow, and upskilled the team on agile methods. I also created an accessibility strategy to ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across all digital touchpoints.

My previous role was based in Stockholm for Beleco, a subscription-based furniture start-up focused on sustainability.
As UX Lead, I managed and mentored the product design team, led the end-to-end refresh of the B2B website from discovery through to high fidelity delivery, and designed a new bespoke furniture configuration tool in close collaboration with engineering. I also conducted user research and usability testing to validate new features and inform product decisions.

I co-founded Fable & Faber, a boutique design agency based in London and Melbourne, with a close friend and ex-colleague. We specialise in UX/UI design, brand identity, and art direction.
I was responsible for business development, scoping, and client relationships, and managed the end-to-end project pipeline from initial brief through to design delivery and developer handover.

Senior UX Consultant

A contract role working with SRG — the largest specialty retailer in Australia — to help shape a new loyalty programme across their three major brands: Rebel Sport, Super Cheap Auto, and Boating Camping Fishing.
I created detailed test plans, conducted user research, synthesized qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights, and produced high fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for handover to development teams.

When I’m not working you can find me - playing music for friends, avidly playing video games, cooking up a storm, patting every single dog (and some cats).
